Fulfilment Control

See your stock without asking us.

Mintsoft OMS gives you live stock levels, order status, low-stock alerts and reporting exports. Your store platforms connect into it, so orders arrive automatically and tracking flows back to your customer.

You get your own login. No emailing for a stock count, no waiting until Monday to find out what shipped.

01

What you can see

Live stock, by SKU. What's available, what's allocated to unshipped orders, what's quarantined from returns. Available and allocated shown separately, because a single total is the number that causes overselling.

Every order and where it is. Received, picked, packed, dispatched, with timestamps. You can answer a "where's my order" email without contacting us.

Tracking against each order, so you're not cross-referencing a carrier site.

Inbound consignments — what we're expecting, what's arrived, what was short or damaged against your packing list.

Returns — what's come back, what was restocked, what's quarantined and why.

Your prepaid balance, drawn down in real time as orders ship, so a top-up is never a surprise.

02

Alerts, so you don't have to check

Low stock, at the reorder trigger we agree at onboarding — set from your actual run rate rather than a round number, and sized so there's time to get a consignment here before you sell out.

Discrepancy on intake, the same day we find it.

Balance running down, before it blocks a dispatch rather than after.

03

Reporting exports

Stock movements, dispatch history, returns by reason, batch and serial audit trails. Exportable at any time in a format we agree at onboarding so it drops straight into whatever you already use.

This is the data most brands only miss when they need it in a hurry — during a recall, an insurance claim, or a year-end.

04

Who gets access

As many logins as you need, at no extra cost. Most brands set up one for the founder and one for whoever handles customer service, since the person answering "where's my order" is the one who needs it most.

Access is included in your £250 monthly storage fee. There's no per-seat charge and no separate software fee.

05

Why this is a service and not a feature

Plenty of 3PLs will tell you stock levels if you email and wait. That's the model this replaces.

A brand operating five to eight hours behind the UK cannot run on a nine-to-five email relationship with its premises. By the time you've asked and we've answered, your morning is gone. Your own login removes us from the loop for everything that doesn't actually need us.

06

What you can't do

You can't edit stock levels directly — inventory is adjusted by physical count, not by typing, and that's deliberate. You can't create or cancel dispatches from the dashboard; cancellations come through us so we can stop a parcel that's already been packed. And it isn't your accounting system: it tracks stock and orders, not your books.

Courier shipping is billed separately. You choose your carrier — we'd suggest Royal Mail for simplicity — and it isn't included in our per-unit fee.
