Shopify fulfilment from our UK premises, for brands based elsewhere.
Shopify makes selling into the UK easy. It does nothing about the parcel.
You add GBP pricing through Markets, your UK traffic converts, and then the order ships from Ohio and lands eleven days later with £34 of duty owed at the door. Shopify shows you the sale. It doesn't show you the customer who never comes back.
Holding stock in the UK closes that gap, and Shopify is the platform where it's least painful to do — it's the one we connect fastest and the one we see most often.
The connection
How the connection works
Your store connects to our Mintsoft OMS during onboarding. Once it's live:
Orders arrive automatically.
A customer checks out, the order is with us within minutes. Nothing to forward, nothing to export.
Stock stays honest.
Inventory levels write back to Shopify as we dispatch, so what your storefront shows is what's on our shelf. No overselling a piece you don't have.
Tracking goes back to the order.
The tracking number is written to the Shopify order and triggers your own shipping notification — so the email your customer gets is yours, in your voice, not a generic notice from a warehouse they've never heard of.
Your UK stock sits as its own location.

What this means for your UK customers
Because the stock is already here, the parcel is a domestic one. No import duty at the door, no held package, no refused delivery, no customs paperwork for anyone.
If you're running Shopify Markets with a GBP price, that price is now the price. Your customer pays what the site said and nothing arrives afterwards.

Setup happens during onboarding and is included in the £400 fee. You're live within 5 working days of your stock arriving.

A decision on which orders route to us
UK only, or UK plus Europe.
Your product data clean
SKUs that match what's physically on the item, and accurate weights. We can work around bad weights; we can't work around two products sharing a SKU.
Channel safeguards
What we don't do
We fulfil to UK addresses only. We're not a customs broker — you remain Importer of Record for the bulk shipment in. And we don't touch your storefront, theme or checkout. The connection reads orders and writes back stock and tracking. That's the whole surface area.
Courier shipping is billed separately. You choose your carrier — we'd suggest Royal Mail for simplicity — and it isn't included in our per-unit fee.
