Website Terms of Use

These terms cover use of parcelstudio.co.uk. They are separate from our Fulfilment Services Agreement, which governs our commercial relationship with clients. If anything on this website conflicts with that agreement, the agreement takes precedence.

01. Who we are

Company name: Parcel Studio Limited

Company number: 17459633

ICO registration number: ZC249255

Registered office: 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

02. This site is information, not an offer

Everything on this website is provided for general information about our services.

Pricing shown on this site is indicative and describes our standard rates at the time of publication. It is not a quotation and it does not create a binding offer. Rates, fees and service levels applying to any client are those set out in the Fulfilment Services Agreement signed by that client.

Nothing on this site constitutes legal, tax, customs or regulatory advice. We are not a customs broker and we do not provide import compliance advice. If you need advice on importing goods into the UK, on cosmetic product regulations, or on your obligations as Importer of Record, take professional advice.

03. Accuracy and availability

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is free from errors or that information remains up to date. Carrier rates, surcharges and service levels are set by third parties and change without notice to us.

We do not guarantee the site will be available uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.

04. Intellectual property

We own or are licensed to use all content on this site, including text, layout, design, graphics, illustrations, code and the Parcel Studio name and wordmark.

You may view, download and print pages for your own use in evaluating our services. You may not copy, republish, distribute, adapt or commercially exploit any part of the site without our written permission, and you may not use our name, wordmark or branding without it.

Third-party names and logos shown on this site, including those of e-commerce platforms and carriers, belong to their respective owners and are used to describe compatibility, not to imply endorsement.

05. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use this site unlawfully, fraudulently, or for any harmful purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system

• Introduce malicious code of any kind

• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or contact details

• Send us false information, or send an enquiry or digital sample kit request in someone else's name

• Use our contact details to send unsolicited marketing

We may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

06. Enquiries

Emailing an enquiry, requesting a digital sample kit, or booking a call does not create a contract between us and does not oblige us to provide services. We may decline any enquiry.

Information you submit is handled as set out in our Privacy Notice. Enquiries come to us by email. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information by email. Payments are processed by Airwallex.

08. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations relating to this website to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from use of or inability to use this site or reliance on anything published on it.

Our liability to clients for the services themselves is dealt with in the Fulfilment Services Agreement, not here.

09. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms at any time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Please check this page periodically.

10. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
