03. Why we use them
• To make this website work and keep it secure
• To remember your cookie choices
• To understand how visitors move through the site and which pages lead to enquiries
• To make the booking tool work
• To measure whether our marketing is worth continuing
We are a small business. We use a deliberately small number of tools, and everything listed below has a reason to be here.
04. The categories we use
Strictly necessary
Needed for the site to function. Security, page delivery, and remembering your cookie choices. These are also set by Airwallex, our payment processor, to detect fraud when card details are entered.
Consent required: no.
Analytics and performance
Help us understand which pages people read, where they leave, and whether forms are being completed.
Consent required: yes.
Functionality
Support the call booking tool and any embedded content. Some of these are strictly necessary for a service you have specifically asked for — booking a call, for instance — and some are not.
Consent required: usually yes, unless the cookie is essential to a service you requested.
Advertising and remarketing
Measure advertising performance and show relevant adverts to people who have visited this site.
Consent required: yes.
05. Tools we use
The specific cookies may change as we update the site. We will update this page when they do.

| Netlify | Website hosting, security and page delivery | Strictly necessary | Session to 12 months |

06. What we measure
These providers may also collect device and browser information, IP address, page and referring URL, interaction events and approximate location.
Where you have given consent, we measure actions that tell us whether the site is working:
• Enquiry emails
• Digital sample kit requests
• Calls booked
• Clicks on the email address and phone number
• Which pages people read before enquiring
• How far down the pricing page people get
We do this to understand which pages bring in clients and which are wasted effort. None of it is used to build a profile of you as an individual.
Booking tools. Cal.com sets cookies to make booking work, and collects the details you enter — name, email, company and chosen time. That is covered by their own privacy policy as well as ours.
07. Managing your choices
When you first visit, you will see a cookie banner letting you accept, reject or manage non-essential cookies. Rejecting is as easy as accepting — one click, same prominence.
Your preferences are recorded by CookieYes and can be changed at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.
Most browsers also let you see stored cookies, delete them, block third-party cookies, block all cookies, or clear them when you close the browser. Blocking everything may stop parts of this site working, including the booking tool.
Withdrawing consent. You can withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings. That will not undo processing that already happened, but it stops non-essential cookies being set from then on.
Browser privacy signals. Some browsers send Do Not Track or similar signals. There is no agreed standard for how sites should respond to these, so we rely on the choices you make through our cookie banner.
09. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when we change our tools or how we use cookies. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
