Brand Experience
The last thing your customer sees before they decide what your brand is worth.
Every order is finished by hand. Acid-free tissue colour-matched to your brand, grosgrain or satin ribbon tied by hand, your monogram pressed into wax, and a handwritten note on your own stock in a consistent hand.
Your wax seal die is produced during onboarding and included in the £400 fee. We hold a written packaging specification for your account so every order looks the same whether it's the first or the four-hundredth.
We'll post you a finished sample parcel before you commit to anything.
01
The four elements
Tissue. Acid-free, colour-matched. Acid-free matters for anything that sits in a box — ordinary tissue yellows and, on metals and leather, marks.
Ribbon. Grosgrain or satin, tied by hand. Not a pre-tied bow stuck on. The difference is visible and it's the detail people notice without being able to say why.
Seal. Your monogram or mark, cut into a brass die and pressed into wax. The die is yours, produced during onboarding, included in the £400 fee.
Note. Handwritten, on your own stock, in a consistent hand. Consistency is the point — a card in three different handwritings tells the customer the brand is assembled by strangers.
Together, these four are Signature Finish — £2.50 per unit, optional and set per account.
Signature Finish is set per account and applies to every order unless you turn it off. You can change it at any time and it applies from the next dispatch.
02
Why a written specification
At onboarding we write your packaging specification down: which tissue, which ribbon and how it's tied, where the seal sits, what the note says, how the box is filled, what goes in for a first order versus a repeat.
It exists so order four hundred looks like order one. Without a written spec, standards drift — nobody decides to lower them, they just erode. A document is what makes "hand-finished" a standard rather than a mood.
You can change it whenever you like. We'll confirm the change in writing and it applies from the next order.
03
Where it earns its keep
On TikTok Shop, the unboxing is the marketing. Customers film it. A hand-tied ribbon and a wax seal aren't decoration on that channel — they're the content that generates the next batch of orders.
On resale platforms, presentation affects realised price. A watch arriving properly boxed with an intact seal reads differently from one in a padded envelope.
On repeat purchase, it's the only physical contact your brand has with a customer. Your website, photography and copy all happen on a screen. The parcel is the only part they hold.
04
The sample parcel
Before you commit to anything, we'll post you a finished parcel — your spec, our materials, our hands, dispatched the way a real order would be.
No call required and no obligation. You'll learn more from opening it than from any page on this site.
05
What's included, and what isn't
Included in the £400 onboarding fee: your wax seal die and your written packaging specification.
Signature Finish, £2.50 per unit, optional: our standard materials — tissue, ribbon, wax, note cards — finished by hand on every order. Pick & pack is a separate £2.50 per unit.
At cost, if you want it: custom printed boxes, branded tape, bespoke inserts, your own note stock. We'll source it or you can send it to us. No margin either way.
06
What we don't do
We don't design your packaging or brand — we execute the spec. We don't improvise: if something isn't in the specification, it doesn't go in the box. And we don't hold unlimited custom stock. Bespoke materials are held within your storage allocation, and heavy use of them may need an additional block.
The last thing your customer sees before they decide what your brand is worth.
Courier shipping is billed separately. You choose your carrier — we'd suggest Royal Mail for simplicity — and it isn't included in our per-unit fee.
