A fulfilment partner should be checkable before you speak to them.
Our pricing is on the site and our full Fulfilment Services Agreement goes to you before you book a call. We think you should be able to rule us out without a discovery conversation.
ABOUT US
The parcel takes 11 days or more. Or it arrives and the courier asks the customer for £34 in duty before they'll hand it over. The customer pays, or refuses it, and either way they don't order again. You never hear why. You just watch the UK repeat-rate sit at nothing and assume the market doesn't want you.
Holding stock in the UK removes both problems at once. That part isn't a secret — the problem is what happens next. UK fulfilment is built for volume, and a warehouse built for volume has to treat every item identically to stay profitable. Your £2,000 watch gets the same tote, the same six-second pack and the same polybag as a phone case. For a brand whose customer is partly paying for how the thing arrives, that's not a saving. It's a refund.
Why we exist
Parcel Studio exists for the brands stuck between those two options: too small to be worth a large 3PL's attention, too expensive to be handled like bulk.
What we believe
Our pricing is on the site and our full Fulfilment Services Agreement goes to you before you book a call. We think you should be able to rule us out without a discovery conversation.
Eight brands. That's a ceiling we've already decided not to cross, which means we will turn away work rather than degrade the accounts we have. Growth for us means better clients, not more of them.
No account manager relaying questions to a floor you'll never see. It's the reason we can't scale quickly, and the reason nothing gets lost between you and the bench.
If your volume is better served by a bulk 3PL, we'll tell you on the call. If a category doesn't suit our setup, we'll say so rather than take the onboarding fee and find out later. We would lose a deal this way. We'd rather lose them at that point than three months in.
